Delegating tasks and helping where possible to ensure an efficient workflow.Ensuring that entrances are monitored, and reception is manned. Generally the first point of contact for guests, be it checking in or simply requiring assistance.Responsible for emergencies throughout the night, and making sure that security walks are done multiple times by myself or my team.Also responsible for the out-of-hours residents bar behind reception, ensuring drinks and food are served appropriately and posted correctly on the system.Doing light cleaning of the breakfast area and bar restrooms.Ensuring morning wake-up calls are done, as well as newspapers are purchased and delivered.Making sure the morning breakfast team and reception staff are filled in with relevant information from the night shift, including any issues that arose, guest feedback, etc.
