I am an experienced Cabin Crew and Pilot training expert with a wealth of experience in the Airline/Aviation industry. I have been involved in creating, delivering and facilitating various training programmes within my airline, as well as running Train the Trainer courses to ensure the best practices were adhered to.During my career, in 2010 I attended the ISPY event and was awarded the overall winners award for 'Effective use of Product Knowledge'. Since winning my award I have returned to the event numerous times in various roles, including Trainer, coach and mentor.I have been training in a various capacities over the past few years, which has included modules such as Key Selling Skills, Customer Service, and all aspects of Safety, Aviation Medicine and Security.
