Responsible for creating and inputting training content into training manuals, guidance material and supporting information and their integration into wider training requirementsCollaborate with the Training Content Manager aligning training content across TUI.Identify requirements and be responsible for creating, updating and the content management of training material across TUI and to make recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness .Monitor training material requirements and make recommendations to support effective training and the systems used for delivery focusing on analytical detail and continuous improvement.Responsible for content updates and ensuring timely amendments of the content of training manuals & guidance material across TUI.Ensure training material is both compliant and in line with regulatory requirements along with being engaging to its aircrew audience.
