I have particular experience representing clients in the oil, gas and mining sectors and in corporate and shareholder disputes and investigations.I am consistently instructed on some of the highest profile most complex commercial litigation cases in Australia and have successfully defended some of the world's leading companies. I lead the Australian international arbitration treaty practice which has, and continues to act on complex, and in some cases, ground breaking ICSID arbitrations. The team has been awarded Australian ADR Practice Group of the year in 2016 and 2017.
