Whilst with Lidl I worked in the head office in Surbiton supporting over 800 staff, this involved maintaining meeting rooms, printers, and laptops. Additionally, I supported various business applications such as the Microsoft Suite and Adobe products. I also helped to manage accounts via Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Omada IDM. As well as acting as an escalation point for certain tickets from regional distribution centers and liaising with onsite members to get issues resolved.
