In the process, I took an FDA course on importing and handling food products, experimented with different cooking methods, petitioned the college president to change a rule to sell the product, and devised an effective marketing scheme. I won a $3000 grant by Pave, Inc. to buy a machine that will produce and package KooChooFlee.
