As director and co-owner of G&M Engineering Associates Ltd, I am dedicated to ensuring that the company offers the best services out there. We specialise in structural steel designs and air filtration solutions and work closely with our clients to ensure they receive the best service available.In my role as a director, I am responsible for overseeing the running of the company. I work to ensure that we comply with legislation, from the environment to staff wellbeing. I meet regularly with our accounts and admin manager to ensure the financial success of the company. Health and safety is key to my role and therefore we work closely with our dedicated health and safety team.In my role as a design engineer, I manage multiple projects, taking them from concept to reality. To do this effectively, I utilise research and development skills, source materials and machinery, meet clients’ timescales and budgets, and identify potential problems and design solutions. Key to this is producing design calculations and manufacturing detail drawings on Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, CFD and SkyCiv.

In my role of director and owner at BMMDesigns Ltd, I worked to solve industrial mechanical problems, both independently and alongside others. The company's key focus was industrial manufacturing and I handled both large and small scale projects. It was key that I had extensive and up-to-date knowledge of a variety of machinery/tools for engineering and software packages relevant to projects. I personally handled the manufacture and installation process and worked with structural steel assemblies.
