Working in KUB's Fiber Engineering department, assisting with Business Process development, fiber/broadband IT systems oversight, field and engineering services support, and reporting.Implemented KUB's 3-GIS System, to track engineering design and construction. Implementing multiple mobile GIS centric processes using ArcGIS Workforce, ESRI Field Maps, Collector, and 3-GIS Mobile tools.Serving as one of KUB's subject matter experts regarding FME Workbench and FME Server automations, assisting Fiber Engineering and other departments at KUB with data workflow automations.Assists with administrative oversight of KUB's ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise (portal) environments. This includes group management, web service/feature service administration, mobile app configuration, and performance troubleshooting.Advanced user of ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, including map development, model development, complex queries and reporting, and data imports/exports to other systems.

Managed KUB's Business Processes department, performing strategic planning for all KUB Enterprise Level applications (budget, personnel, asset management, GIS, work management, employee portal, etc..). Led the other System Stewards, to create functional designs with input from internal/external customers, prioritize with KUB's development team, and implement. Managed overall project prioritization with KUB's development staff. Managed all budget considerations for Enterprise level applications. Assisted with process improvement efforts, internal to KUB. Served as liaison with other local agencies, representing KUB's GIS system (KGIS). Performed performance reviews for 15 employees, full time and student.

Served as KUB's GIS System Steward, overseeing all GIS technologies, usage, functional and technical planning, implementation, and training for all employees. Assisted with budget development, upgrades, and roadmap exercises for GIS (ESRI). Pursued GIS technologies, in an effort to maximize efficiency, appropriate use, and sustainability.

Transitioned to KUB's Engineering department, assisting with a large GIS upgrade/implementation. Learned Project Management methodologies, assisted with budget development, technical implementation, training, and functional oversight of KUB's ESRI GIS System.

Served on KUB's Technical Services team, overseeing natural gas compliance inspection programs as required by PHMSA, as well as other state and federally required regulations. Assisted with GIS, applying mobile technology, functional expertise, and general GIS-centric record keeping processes.
