I am a reliable hard worker who has great communication skills and has excellent customer service skills with my experience in retail. I have a genuine passion for the IT industry as a whole but primarily enjoy working in the web and multimedia side of the industry. I have all round skills for the industry such as being able to use most Microsoft office packages such as: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access etc. along with a C grade GCSE in Business communications and knowledge of multiple programming languages including HTML, CSS and small parts of VB.net and SQL. However, my main skills for the IT industry involve HTML and CSS as well as being able to use the adobe packages such as: InDesign, Dreamweaver, Edge Animate and Photoshop.I am currently being trained as a PPC analyst for Tillison consulting.
