Other duties involve liaising with couriers, freight/customs agents as well as creating invoices, packing lists, searching for tariff codes, managing inventory and stock levels, and understanding the basics of supply chain management.- Adapting to changing work environments and learning basic administrative skills, which involve contacting external clients via phone and email in the technology, film production, warehouse, and waste management industries.- Ensuring app/website developers complete remote duties in a timely manner.- Negotiating with suppliers to deliver tailor-made solutions to the benefit of both parties.- Production running and assisting in virtual productions, as well as taking on additional roles such as being a COVID health and safety supervisor, caterer/cleaner and warehouse manager.
