Colleagues describe him as "I recruited Ben from Indiana University, and was his direct supervisor for two years. He quickly became the key member of my team, learning new technical and workplace skills in short order. He was immersed in business processes that spanned most all financial focuses: accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, etc. While learning these varied areas, he was also assigned increasing levels of responsibility from a support and project perspective. This culminated with his direct leadership for the IT portion of a complex payroll in-sourcing project; as sensitive and critical a business process that there is. Its success was a shining example of Ben's willingness and ability to lead, ask questions, learn quickly, and get things accomplished.
