Prepared attorneys for trial by researching and writing memoranda on construction law disputes, such as whether the doctrine of first material breach would excuse owner's subsequent non-performance.

Worked with Professor Bonnie on the updates for the new edition of his Criminal Law casebook, where most of my work dealt with the death penalty chapters.• Drafted sections of the casebook pertaining to statutory aggravating factors for the death penalty.• Wrote memoranda to Professor Bonnie on whether the "heinous, atrocious, or cruel" catch-all aggravating factor enacted by the majority of states was unconstitutionally broad and led to arbitrary administration of the death penalty.
