Our core product is VICTA, a Diver Delivery Unit - a surface submersible craft designed to operate at speed over range and capable of transition beneath the surface to operate submerged, enabling the discreet delivery and recovery of divers.It is a unique, innovative British product focused primarily on the defence market but with utility beyond that in, potentially, the offshore energy, research and leisure sectors.SubSea Craft works with the industry-leading specialist designers, blending best-in-class technologies with a pioneering, positive and agile team. This is established upon proven long-term commercial relationships to generate truly game-changing operational capability.More broadly, we offer opportunities for collaboration which could be based around VICTA or as a separate business venture as well as an array of capabilities and services including training, consultancy, specialist project management and engineering.

I lead the Small Boats sector in delivery of its boat design, manufacture and in service support programmes as well as leading key business winning campaigns. I also supported the Head of Sector in the planning and execution of the sector strategy.
