I have several years of extensive customer service where I've learned how to do everything it takes to improve a customer's experience. Additionally I've accumulated years of managerial and leadership experience. Looking toward the future, I'm hoping to find a role in which my educational experience with English writing, editing, and teaching will be valuable.
