Analytics driven optimization of digital channel, contact centers and retail branch networks, including deployment of frontline sales tools. Build out and operation of strategic data assets such as customer profitability model, international customer value and channels optimization dashboard. Oversight of regular business metrics reporting. Also managed large scale transformation of our Data & Analytics organization globally.

Brought machine learning and nascent AI capabilities into business processes and decision areas under Intelligent Automation program. Built document transcription and interrogation utility using computer vision and natural language understanding and automated credit cards disputes process. Responsible for sales results of CRM campaigns, increasing revenue 25%. Management of India & China based CoE comprising 700 professionals.

In addition to my responsibilities in CRM & Analytics I took on the role of Global Head of Transactional Banking & Liabilities. This covered checking accounts, payments, deposits, debit card and merchant acquiring. I was able to grow our deposit balance by 30% year on year as well as develop sophisticated analytical pricing tools for the checking account packages and deposit rates.

I built out our Customer Analytics & CRM capabilities for a new Customer segment - Retail Business Banking. As a founding member of the proposition I was invited to coordinate the strategy development exercise which set key concepts for the proposition as well as the business case. I built out our Customer analytics data set and self serve insights capability for business users. We developed a comprehensive Customer Contact Strategy covering the full life cycle. Finally, we built the tagging and analytics set up for our digital assets. In the final year of this assignment I was given product management responsibility for Transactional Banking & Liabilities, representing 70% of total business revenue across 10 countries.
