Ben was brought into InvestorFlow in 2015 as COO to help the firm transition from a traditional software company with perpetual licenses and selling upgrades to a classical SaaS model. Serving in the company's early days with little resources and a scrappy attitude to getting things done, Ben established the client services footprint for the company, training, overseeing offshore support along with product strategy. He was a key player in the company's growth, sales & marketing and was the primary client contact for the company's largest accounts. Ben performed every major role at the firm, from entrepreneur in its early days to account management, product planning, pricing, marketing and later was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company, setting the overall strategic direction across the enterprise. In 2012, the company was sold to eFront a division of Blackrock. Mazza has been quoted in Private Equity International and Buyouts magazines.
