• Supported the VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management on a variety of tasks and projects for a portfolio of 300 Affordable Housing properties (LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, and Historic Tax Credit properties).• Updated the firm’s REO schedule for existing properties and built out a new schedule for a 77-property portfolio acquisition including updating all hard and soft debt, net operating income, reserve balances, occupancy percentages, and true property net cash flows based on Operating Agreement waterfalls. • Assisted in the quarterly reporting for a $100M fund, sent actual vs budget Yardi reports and helped complete quarterly information in the reporting workbook.
