Set up Drill room to Mines Act Standard.Completed Pre-checks and Greased Drill.Operated Atlas Copco Simba (800'/S) to Drill a 2" x 20'-40' hole pattern to Engineered PlanInstall 3/4" Steel Cable with Tremie line into holes. (Maclean X-Lift, Forklift/Manbasket, LHD bucket) Plug hole collars with steel woolMix and pump grout up tremie lines using the ChemGrout model CG502/031.After 72hrs of cure time, Strap and Tension Cable-Bolts to 2500 psi.Clean up area and move equipment to next heading.

Performed Safety pre-checks and post-checks daily of all equipment operated.Set up mining blocks to Mines Act Standard.Operated Boart Stopemaster, Cubex 5200/6200, Sandvik Pegasus/Aries and Drilled 10'-200' 3.5” - 4.5" holes as per full ring engineered layout design, including initial cut. 400'+/ShiftLocked out Local Detonating Box with Personal Blast Lack.Signed out explosives from Underground Magazine.Transported (Air Crane, Forklift, LHD, Rail Car) explosives needed to carry out engineered blast design to work place.Measured holes, set gasbags and set charges 15' – 200' holes using Anfo (Bags), Emulsion Loader and Stick Powder (Bazooka) to Engineered design.2015+ moved to Surface Blast Lock Board and Central Blasting procedures.Before Central Blasting came into affect, cleared the complex, posted guards and detonated the blast from a safe distance.Cleared the area after the blast using personal gas monitors, in a Vent Check. Kept unauthorized personnel out of the gas zones until clear.Cleaned and measured holes and got ready for the next blast.
