• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Nationwide’s 15 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and 19 D&I Business Unit Councils (BUCs) – multiple of these ARGs are recognized externally as best in class  Create, streamline and enhance operations, people and financial processes related to ERGs and BUCs to properly leverage Nationwide assets – including merging multiple ERGs focused on similar demographics  Manage relationships with ERG/BUC executive sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise, D&I, HR, and functional strategies that deliver value to Nationwide  Ensure ERGs and BUCs stay compliant with company policies/practices while leveraging these groups in enabling an innovation culture at Nationwide Communicate activities, objectives and results of the ERGs and BUCs internally and externally• Partner and consult with senior executives and functional/HR leaders to develop and integrate inclusion goals and strategies into business planning processes and practices to drive business impact• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer on Nationwide’s D&I strategy, goals, and specific objectives• Serve as the D&I communication expert to deliver innovative solutions aimed at rallying and increasing inclusion organizationally and externally

• Direct PepsiCo’s internal and external D&I reporting requirements against company and industry success barometers  Internal: Establish ongoing D&I workforce analytics and lead a governing subcommittee to successfully institute and report global female and people of color parity goals against majority males  External: Execute D&I sections and manage relationships to report results in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Working Mother, Latina Style, Human Rights Campaign, HACR, Black Enterprise and other smaller surveys• Manage the communication strategy between global D&I and internal global partners, which includes setting the overall agenda, leading quarterly touch points and marshaling adoption of global initiatives and tools• Serve as the subject matter expert for internal partners on establishing diversity objectives and goals, answering region specific questions about diversity topics, and coaching on interpreting workforce outages.• Represent PepsiCo at national diversity conferences such as LULAC, NCLR, NUL, GLAAD and Out and Equal• Direct a team of consultants in the design, development and ongoing content curation of the global D&I intranet • Deliver targeted communication for global D&I’s annual awards program to include copyediting of employee nominations, drafting notifications, advertising articles, and post-event surveys• Lead the communication and execution strategy for the global D&I’s people’s choice award as part of the worldwide D&I’s annual awards program• Serve as global communications chair for one of PepsiCo’s eleven employee resource groups

• Developed PEPline (PepsiCo's internal news publication) content on PepsiCo’s global initiatives that built associate awareness on the company’s strategic direction• Functioned as one of the weekly editors in chief of the global edition of PEPline• Led communication strategy and plan for internal IT clients, which included the overall employee engagement agenda, executive leadership program, college rotational program and technical updates • Acted as editor in chief of two global internal publications for IT that reached PepsiCo employees worldwide• Produced communication deliverables such as needs assessments, leadership toolkits, development of key messages and media selection• Developed and aligned communication processes and tools, which included data and feedback collection, measurement and IT brand integrity• Planned, wrote and executed senior executive communications, general audience messages and team events
