Since I was 16, my work has been in the restaurant industry. I have learned almost all the tools needed to successfully maintain a professional workplace. I spent much time grilling delicious meats. I can cook an amazing steak however anybody desires. I had much time learning the ins and outs of a successful resturaunt, anywhere from cooking to cleaning and even professionally servicing our guests. I know I am an outstanding worker who gets the job done correctly without cutting corners. I can confidently say that I am a great face for any company. I have values that are ingrained within me. I know the do's and don'ts about mostly everything from storing and refrigerating produce to restocking new items in the back and old in the front. Sanitation and hygene are very important, eco lab rules do apply. I'm always ready to work and learn new ways of accomplishing anything that needs to be done. I have my alcohol certification. I will absolutely do everthing required for my company, and there is no job that I'm incapable of getting done. In the future I would like to strive to open my doors to the arena of resturaunt and service managment.
