Organizing full weekend West Coast Swing dance events with unique qualities in a market of over 100 other events within the same category. Planning, scheduling, hiring, emceeing, and managing events with over 50 staff members and volunteers. These events attract anywhere from 400-700 paying attendees.

I have become a champion level dancer and developed a following of students throughout the country and internationally. I travel all over the world teaching, judging, and performing.

While I was attending high school, I participated and competed in DECA which is a business and marketing program ran through high schools all over the world. I had tremendous success placing 1st in the Technical Sales division in California. This led to opportunities to consult with various companies within their sales and/or marketing departments.

Auctiva is the largest 3rd party developer for eBay sellers. They are involved in multiple different facets of E-Commerce. My initial responsibilities were simply to call sellers on eBay and show them the value of utilizing our product for their eBay sales. I was consistently the top sales rep in our department, and by the time I left Auctiva, I was.

Working for the CCC, I was responsible for fulfilling contracts given to our agency by the state including building/maintaining trails, fire/flood emergency response, brush clearing, habitat restoration, and many other necessary tasks for the state of California.

San Jose, CA

Within the first month of working as an attendant I was given manager-level responsibilities and as such I gained experience dealing with customer complaints, insurance claims, payroll, scheduling, employee training, and hiring/firing. Due to on-site construction, this was only a temporary position.
