I'm a performer, writer, game designer, educator, podcaster and nerd for all seasons. I travel through time and space with Susan from Neighbours (Jackie Woodburne) in the radio comedy Night Terrace (BBC Radio 4 Extra), for which I am also a writer and producer. We are currently working on its third season.I also produce and co-host the monthly Terry Pratchett book club podcast Pratchat, and edit other shows, including the Bridgerton discussion podcast What Would Danbury Do? I am looking into expanding into audiobook work, primarily as a narrator.I am currently working as a script writer and narrator for a series of educational science videos with a major education publisher. My other writing work has included comedy, education and videogames.My games work has run the gamut of tabletop, digital, escape rooms, live action, VR and ARGs. Most recently I co-designed an educational card game as part of a research project at the University of Melbourne, and have been a narrative consultant on upcoming adventure game Little Ruin.I teach comedy writing, podcasting and critical thinking to tertiary students at Collarts, where I’m currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. While I have had to mostly step back from other in-person teaching for COVID safety reasons, for many years I taught creative writing to primary students at 100 Story Building, and ran wellbeing workshops for secondary students with SEED Workshops.My favourite dinosaur is the Stegosaurus, my favourite element is helium, and my favourite boardgame is (currently) Daybreak.
