The Centre for Work Based Learning is a unique and innovative collaboration between Skills Development Scotland, the University of Strathclyde, Heriot Watt University and Robert Gordon University. We aim to advance the policy and practice of Work Based Learning, and to bring about increased prosperity and inclusive growth for Scotland.

I work as part of a team that develops long and short-term corporate strategies, facilitates internal and external engagement in SDS, and contributes towards delivering and improving SDS's performance management and continuous improvement processes.
