CurrentHi, my name is Ben Mclaughlan and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Service Manager Prevention in Adult Social Care at Newcastle City Council. With over years 23 years of experience in social care and a deep passion for helping others, I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the adults in Newcastle.In this role, I will not only be responsible for overseeing the prevention services for adults, but I will also be leading the digital strategy for the directorate. With the increasing use of technology in the social care sector, I am eager to utilize my expertise in this area to improve the quality and accessibility of our services. My goal is to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and support to those who need it most.I am looking forward to collaborating with the dedicated team at Newcastle City Council and working towards our common goal of creating a safe and supportive environment for our community's most vulnerable members. Together, I am confident that we can make a positive difference and continue to improve the lives of those we serve.
