Acknowledged by the leadership as their "Head of IT" I have spearheaded a significant equipment modernization project, involving the complete refresh of the company's devices, the establishment of an IT storage room, and the standardization of technological resources.In addition to these accomplishments, I played a crucial role in shaping and implementing the company's cybersecurity strategy. By adopting a forward-thinking approach, I ensured robust defence mechanisms against cyber threats, significantly bolstering the company's operational resilience and security.During my time at Tela, I achieved industry recognised qualifications from Microsoft, continuing my commitment to keep up with industry standard practices.
