Projects (As Lead)- Call of Duty: Warzone- Call of Duty: Cold War- Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0Responsibilities- Build & Develop the Rendering Team - Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations - Identify resourcing needs - Coach, mentor, and develop individuals' engineering and rendering abilities - Onboard and integrate new hires onto our Team- Drive rendering and streaming tech for Raven's Projects - Identify near and long term project needs and plan solutions with my team - Align on plans and priorities with artists, designers, and engineers - Assign responsibilities, features, and tasks across my team - Collaborate with artists and other stakeholders on features, iterating based on feedback - Regularly communicate, or ensure my team is communicating, progress, risks, and changes in plans or scope - Profile rendering and streaming performance, targeting 60 FPS, to identify bottlenecks and optimizations- Collaborate and Coordinate Across Call of Duty Studios - Align with cross studio counterparts on proposed solutions and technical direction - Partner with engineers, leads, and artists across studios on overlapping or shared efforts - Support external teams with internally developed and maintained technology- Collaborate with Engineering Leads to Develop Departmental Culture and Processes
