• Create prospect proposals and presentations based on client ecommerce need or marketing initiatives. • Develop, produce, and administer various customer lifecycle flows including; subscriptions, retention marketing campaigns, promoting new product launches, website features, and ecommerce promotions.• Produce formal quotes for use of email services whether self-service or managed model.• Negotiate and draft client email contracts that highlight services.• Cultivate, synchronize, and execute testing scenarios supporting marketing initiatives to gauge effectiveness and increase metrics to drive towards marketing goals.• Prepare detailed statements of work to facilitate project progression and client/vendor involvement.• Design, implement, and maintain triggered automation campaigns that include subscription notifications, order related messages, and customer win back.• Advise on privacy issues related to email and online data to ensure legal compliance, data integrity and secure personal confidential information.  Prepares and executes daily email campaigns for corporate and clients. Conducts email campaign setup by configuring existing email code, optimizing templates for best email practices, creates segments to reach potential target markets, scheduling campaigns, tracking, testing emails, and deploying emails. While reaching all campaign deadlines no matter what type of campaign; a one-off, recurring, or based on dynamic content through API call.  Heavy experience with ESP’s; StrongMail and MessageDirect.  Implemented new clients on to MessageDirect Platform and will be working close with upcoming clients to implement a detail campaign list on to the StrongMail and MessageDirect platforms.  Performs and follows best deliverability practices. Performs various reporting duties through ReturnPath and pulls reporting logs from both ESP’s. Monitors client and corporate IP’s to maintain an adequate sender score so emails are sent to all ISP’s. Work with rendering tools to ensure that the message is being received in all ISP inboxes. (Litmus and StrongMail) Work closely with all departments to send a wide variety of email campaigns. Provides campaign reporting and opinions to increase the productivity of that campaign. Managed client inquiries and campaigns. Resolved issue with ESP’s and specific campaigns. Ensuring that client’s needs and goals are consistently met. Daily task include updating client contracts, pulling SalesForce opportunity logs, IP monitoring, ESP reporting and maintenance. Created client email addendum's with detailed pricing breakdowns which included SOW’s and project outlines.
