We provide independent advice for independent thinkers, servicing clients as unique individuals with unique requirements and creating secure, trusting relationships which last.As a firm, we have achieved the highest status of Chartered Financial Planners, attained by only around6% of all firms. Amongst other honours, we have recently been included in the FT’s list of The UK’s Top 100 Financial Advisers, and many of our individual advisers were singled out for inclusion in VouchedFor’s 2019 Guide to the UK’s Top Rated Financial Advisers.As IT Manager I am responsible for supporting TPO from an IT perspective, maintaining software and infrastructure, implementing new IT services, and supporting and mentoring the IT team within the company. This requires an in-depth knowledge of how our systems work and the processes needed to deliver an efficient service to our external clients, which I have developed through my various roles as part of IT Support teams over the last 18 years. I specialise in IT Support and Implementation, in which TPO has given me room to flourish.At TPO, we believe that trusting relationships between an adviser and their client are the most importantthing. But TPO looks after the clients by looking after us, providing the corporate stability so we can provide the personal connection.
