Working in an operations role within the EV charge point division at Radius where I have a hands-on role in all operational procedures from liaising with suppliers, handling invoice raising to DNO submissions as well as grant applications and all-round general administration tasks. Excellent use of time management and good communication is needed in this role to ensure key tasks are completed within the required deadline

Working in a hands on sales and marketing role to drive the growth of Radius Vehicle Solution's digital presence and also to support both rental and leasing sales teams with effective lead generation. This included owning the departmental LinkedIn page to get the right balance of media content as well as handling inbound and outbound calls from different sources to drive over the phone sales.

During my first 12 months at Radius, I worked within the iCompario voice team. Being in the voice team involved contacting enquiries made on the iCompario comparison site for all Radius products, therefore good use of interpersonal skills was a must in this job in order to produce a high quality fact find to hot transfer on to the sales department of that product. This hands on lead generation role also required the good use of time management and basic Salesforce knowledge.From March 2023, the iCompario voice team and inbound fuel card sales team merged into one, therefore cutting out the middle man and making it an enquiry to closed sale role. Still using iCompario processes, the use of inbound and outbound call approaches as well excellent communication was needed for this role. Also, being able to manage and utilise pipelines was a key part of this sales role.
