Petradyne brings together a collaborated effort to develop a technology to replace the slow, costly and cumbersome mechanical rotary drilling in use today with a new technology using electrical pulse initiated exothermic reactions for down hole boring applications. A team of foremost experts in their respective fields of science, engineering and explosives technology were assembled under the direction of Brad Boyer, Co-founder and CTO. Preliminary work on energetic compounds was used to provide exothermic amplification tested at New Mexico Tech, while concentration on the design of building a Marx Generator HV Pulsed Electrical Initiator in Illinois. Created Petradyne’s Non Lethal Technologies (NLT) Division for all non-lethal electromagnetic methods for stopping both water borne and ground vehicles (light inboard/outboard-based marine surface craft, automobiles, etc.), as well as a pulsed neutron source-based detection system for contraband nuclear materials in Intermodal shipping containers and ground transport vehicles. 2010 - 2011 Petradyne, working with PSC Now Corp. CTO at Houston, Texas location (formally Philips Services majority owned by Carl Icahn) to lease purchase a modular industrial waste to energy units from a Swiss company.

1992–2007. President—Providers Export International, Inc. (PEXI), Houston, TX. Purchase Russian crude oil for export to Sicily for refining. Purchase oil field equipment for Russian oil company, Belosyerneft NGDU. Including working through the Russian Oil Ministry. PEXI determined specific oil field equipment needed with Belosyerneft's representatives who meet in Houston with oil field equipment manufacturers. PEXI met in Israel with Sicilian refinery rep. PEXI partnered with Sir Peter Abeles Sydney Australia to sell mini refineries in Vietnam, Israel, China, Poland and Lithuania. PEXI working with Bechtel who are among the most respected engineering, construction, and project management companies in the world to build the mini-refineries first for specifications needed for oil in Kazakhstan. PEXI brought in KOH Inc., Houston, Texas and engineering and construction company to do set up the mini-refineries on the selected locations and coordinating everything with Bechtel. PEXI acted as broker for resale of Middle East crude oil with Spanish partner, COMAR, Madrid, Spain, and Israeli partner, Dr. Andre Gasiorowski. PEXI acted as the deal facilitator between a Mexican barite company and Baroid for the purchase of Mexican barite. PEXI's strength was in the CEO’s business relationships in Israel, Australia, Poland, and former Eastern Bloc countries.2006, PEXI through its dba PEXI Productions, raised and contributed capital to facilitate the funding of a workout video, The Wisdom System.1996–1997. Pre-funding stage with Consultare Technology Group, Inc., Bethesda, MD. for ATM-Multimedia Error Correcting Coding technology. Meet with Microelectronics Corporation of North Carolina design engineers and wafer fabrication people for manufacturing casts and pricing of production chips, attending funding seminars, meetings with investors and venture capitalist in RTP, Raleigh/Durham, NC to seek further funding for this leading-edge technology.

Space Research Technology, Inc. (SRT), Houston, TX. SRT late Co-Founder/ Scientist, George Doland, developed a proprietary forward error correcting coding (FEC) technology to correct errors in data and voice transmissions. As Co-founder, raised through private investor $3.5 million during my tenure, starting with the initial R&D capital, then the production and operating capital. All investment capital was raised through Sub S election and two SEC Reg. D offerings. The technology was reduced to a single application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) very large-scale integrated (VLSI) chip manufactured by two silicon foundries. The chips were designed for both commercial and U.S. military applications. SRT became a member of the U.S. Government and Industry Interoperability Standards Committee for medium and high frequency radios. In 1990-91 secured an SBIR Phase I $49,368 and Phase II $500,000 Department of Defense Contracts one of only three won by a Texas Corporation. Secured a $142,000 R&D contract from The Institute of Gas Technology in Chicago, Illinois, to develop a FEC code/encryption algorithm for the Gas Utility Industry.
