Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily running of the Sales and Marketing office, liaising with multiple stakeholders, raising purchase orders, processing payments, invoicing and maintaining the office facilities.Planning international and local events for the Sales, Marketing and PR teams.Manage invitations for client showcases.HR and Recruitment – Preparing new starter induction plans, organising training sessions and assisting with office recruitment.Organising travel & accommodation for team, inclusive of flights, hotels and transportation.Managing multiple diaries and schedules.Expense Management Managing the Sales, Marketing and PR budget.Account Sales Management for Australia and New Zealand. Working with corporate and leisure companies / agencies across all geographic regions.Assisting the Groups Sales department working with MICE, corporate and leisure companies across all geographic locations to develop and convert leads for all groups across Maybourne.
