As a Technology Manager with KPMG, my role is to deliver Microsoft-based front office enterprise applications to our clients. I specialize in the implementation of technology solutions that leverage the Power Platform, Customer Engagement (CRM) apps and D365 Human Resources. I have worked on many projects across private, not-for-profit, provincial and federal government sectors.With over 9 years of experience in business technology implementations, I developed skills in areas that focus on results and delivery, including business analysis, Scrum, project management, product ownership, and the software development lifecycle. My approach is results-oriented, emphasizing time-to-value by leveraging Agile methodologies and creative, yet practical, delivery plans to develop and deploy valuable solutions.Outside my work as a consultant, I previously served as a Medical Technician with the Canadian Armed Forces (Army Reserve) for 8 years. I also took a brief 2.5 years hiatus to travel the world and worked various jobs in Australia, taught English in South Korea, and experienced other countries and cultures such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and India.
