Green Building ExperienceTroesh recycling, nipomo california Plant worker(All aspects of mobile concrete and asphalt recycling); My first experience in the green/recycling industry, I came from the fossil fuels industry, where I worked as an equipment operator, pipe-fitter, welder, welder’s helper, roustabout, weed-crew(lol),crew lead, haz-mat technician(always on the supplied air), tank builder, water plants, refineries, pyrophoric materials handler. As far as recycling plants go, I’d like the chance to throw my idealism into the equation. I learn something about recycling and the environment every day.Accomplishments:Identified rebar and other metal in the concrete pile and analyzed the waste being disposed of as construction waste.In the fire service, I worked many fires, some as administration. I fed the jaw crusher, ran the excavator and pulverizor, fixed broken conveyors, fetched taco bell for dave! It's hard driving with five forty four ounce big gulps man! I shoveled out from under the jaw, worked on the cone, kept the screener going, kept the cat generator going, welded! Had fun!

Set up jobs for my welder, worked as a mechanic at popco, all aspects of being an industrial mechanic. Safety department(fire/hole) watch, confined space entry logging, lock-out tag-out, safety walk arounds and meetings, general dude man!
