Legal & General Assurance Society Main responsibilities included: Working as part of a team of Learning & Development consultants servicing a business area consisting of 800 staff. Working to Identify and analyse training needs through consultation with key stakeholders, to design and deliver training to meet these needs and to evaluate and measure the success of all training. To support, develop and promote the Staff development track across the area.Main achievements included:The creation and delivery of three products training solutions as a result of business need and Training Needs Analysis. All Courses evaluated to ensure a knowledge increase and to observe business improvement and business change. Average increase of Knowledge through pre and post course results - 70% Receiving two L&G Customer Experience Awards for collaboration with The Samaritans to answer a specific need for call handling training in a death claims area. This initiative was rolled out nationally and I was rewarded for the innovative and original idea. Responsible for the national roll out of a written communication and language course "Clear warm", to comply with brand standards and guidelines.Creation and implementation of a new induction across the area.

Legal & General Assurance SocietyMain responsibilities included: Working as part of a dedicated phone team answering enquiries from customers and financial advisers across a range of products and processes. Main achievements included:Becoming a role model in the area, answering complaint and referral enquiries from customers and IFAs.Being responsible for the six-week induction training of new entrants into the team, to ensure knowledge and competency around products and procedures.Responsible for the roll out of product and system training to existing staff when the role of the department changed. The Argus NewspaperMain responsibilities included: Managing a team of 100 distributors and 5 marketing staff, to ensure the smooth home delivery of the Argus newspaper to customers throughout Mid-Sussex

PFP FundraisingMain responsibilities included: Telephone canvassing existing charity supporters and street fundraising for new support across a variety of charitable organisations.
