Assistant Sales Manager
Current- Systematically to formulate sales forecast, execute strategies of channel distribution and achieve sales target effectively. - Manage the complete customers order process (presales enquiry, order confirmation, payment and products delivery, after-sales issues). - Coordinate and liaise with internal department and foreign suppliers on distribution operation to ensure order execution smoothly.- Video calls with oversea vendors/suppliers regularly to share the updated information/news about cycling industry.- Monitor competitors offers and markets intelligence to share with sales team and to advise strategies regularly.- Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs. Prepare departmental performance reports for regular sales meeting.- Supervise and monitor our B2C section (including determine the need for and implementing product promotions, mark downs, clear outs, etc., oversee the social media strategy, analyze market & pricing researches and product performance)
