Update the customer Help Center on helplightning.net.Utilize a variety of software tools for customer relations as well as internal development, includingChurnZero CRM, Jira, Basecamp, Confluence, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Apple/Android/Windows operating systems.
