My responsibilities in the role of Senior Short Courses Coordinator are listed below:- Course management across LFA’s catalogue of short courses.- Project management and administration.- Film production management.- Communication with students, stakeholders, and industry professionals.- Reviewing, assessing, and updating course content and structures.- Creating schedules for both lessons and productions.- Presenting information and data to students, stakeholders, and industry professionals.- Hosting and attending interviews and meetings whilst taking minutes.- Attending academic and film networking events.- Tutor, studio, film equipment, and actor bookings.- Hosting and attending pitching panels to green-light projects.- Allocate on-set and post-production roles for film shoots and editing.- Create categorized budget breakdowns and applying for funding from external partners.- Reviewing and signing off risk assessments, location and contributor agreements, and other formal production documents.- Management of student induction, support, pastoral issues and tracking alumni success.A selection of the short courses I manage are listed below:- BFI Film Academy for 16-to-19-year-olds run in partnership with the British Film Institute (included in my responsibilities is recruitment and student selection)- Documentary Filmmaking Certificate.- Directing and Cinematography Certificate.- Shooting and Lighting for Film & Digital.- Producing Certificate and Movie Magic: Budgeting and Scheduling.- Screenwriting Certificate.- Young Filmmakers’ Academy – iPhone Filmmaking and Arri Alexa.- School Group Workshops, seminars and Bespoke 1-2-1 training.

I was the first point of contact for all applicants who wanted to study at London Film Academy, responding to enquiries and offering support throughout the application process. My duties as Admissions Coordinator are below: - Using Excel, Word and Outlook to effectively communicate and store data to manage workload of the department and perform administrative tasks accurately. - Assisting with reviewing official documents, such as passports and qualification certificates.- Arranging and attending applicant interviews.- Creating and drafting official documents such as offer letters and payment plans.- Attend recruitment events with providers like UCAS and other ad-hoc duties.

I worked as part of the Wholesale department for Topshop/Topman tracking and dispatching stock to several partners in the UK and internationally. I assisted with the launch of successful accounts like ASOS and Very whilst working with other small Wholesale accounts.My duties as Senior Merchandising Assistant are below:- Tracking and dispatching stock to UK and international wholesale partners.- Attending strategy meetings and taking minutes.- Analyzing and inputting data.- Collating and presenting reports.- Establishing working relationships with the Wholesale partners and other ad hoc duties.

After graduating from Anglia Ruskin University, I travelled and worked in Australia for a year before returning to the UK. During my studies, I worked as a Supervisor in a busy retail store set in central Cambridge. When I returned to the UK from Australia in early 2018, I worked as an Assistant Manager in the same store.I gained experience in managing a team and collaboration to ensure the successful operation of the store, whilst achieving various sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
