I am an Associate and a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in the Trade Marks and Designs team at J A Kemp LLP. I joined the firm in 2020 and qualified as a CTMA in 2022.My colleagues and I work with clients in a variety of sectors, providing advice on issues such as trade mark clearance, filing programmes, and disputes.
