Hello! I'm Ben, a Digital Adoption Specialist who works at Sunderland Software City on the Digital Pathfinders programme - a fully-funded business support programme that helps organisations North of Tyne to adopt digital to find solutions to their varying business challenges.Each business has their own unique and individual challenges, so our team offer tailored support and signposting to help demystify digital, giving clients the confidence they need to make their business thrive.My background is in design where I hold 8 years of experience as a Graphic/Digital Designer. During this time, I developed a multidisciplinary skill set covering everything from web, print, POS, social, email, UX, video, animation, presentations, and more. Fundamentally, I just view myself as a problem-solver, I love getting involved in any type of difficult task to find optimum solutions, not just strictly visual design challenges.In my current role, I have more general experience of business support including website reviews, software comparisons, brand positioning, pitch decks, and UX workshops. I'd like to use my experience to get involved, challenge, and validate your ideas to make them become a reality.
