About Ben Nicholas

I am a Global Workforce Planning and Analytics Director with over twenty years’ experience of maximising company's ability to obtain value from their HR data to gain insights into their Workforce in large complex organizations. This varies from the production or routine reporting, to advanced analytics, forecasting and employee listening.I have lead multiple implementations on the business side including Workday reporting twice, Workday Prism and Adaptive and Visier.
