    In this role I lead the relationship with a number of partners reselling Tiger software. I consult regularly with the Sales Director, Account, Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they can identify opportunities based on up to date USP’s and return on investment strategies. I provide RFI and RFP support to the partner including commercial and technical responses as well as other supporting documentation or references.In 2011 I won the largest Managed Service contract in Tiger’s history for an enterprise customer in over 130 countries. I led the sale from initial contact through to contract negotiation with the client’s procurement team. Since then I have been responsible for a further 30% increase in the overall managed service revenues. In 2010, an acquisition of a competitor within the hospitality sector by Group Tiger resulted in the opening of a new office in Dubai. Although the focus of this office was not in the enterprise market, I was asked to work with the Dubai team, offering sales training, and bid support remotely and on site and have generated 100% year on year growth, including success with some very prestigious clients. Expectations for 2013 are for further growth of 200% from 2012.

Attendances at these events we often in excess of 75 people.
