Project Engineer/Manager working as the main builder on predominantly social infrastructure as well as various projects in the Melbourne area. This was a fast paced role in which new complex challenges would arise every day. Role included responsibilities of; managing work forces (trades, employees, resources), project programming, project forecasting/budgeting, client/consultant liaison, hosting/attending regular progress updates/site meetings, technical input on design and other complex project matters. - School/university construction - Cladding regulation upgrade projects - Hospital renovations/lab upgrades- Concrete remediation- Large hardstand projects- Demolition projects

Site engineer position with main responsibilities including:- Setting out - Surveying - Producing quality systems/documentation - Development of solutions to complex design/engineering issues- Management of health and safety

A short and very enjoyable time spent working with the Alchemy Construct team. The role consisted of working alongside senior team members gaining experience in:- Project management - Site management - Engineering/architectural issues- Tender processes- Contract administration
