I am a 1st semester sophomore mechanical engineering student at Missouri University of Science and Technology. In the spring and summer of 24, I worked a co-op for the manufacturing giant Parker Sporlan where I redesigned several cells for different product lines working with brazing, welding, PLC configuration, and even used LEAN principles to improve the process. I gained a significant amount of knowledge about the industry as well as how to design and machine entirely new designs for manufacturing ready equipment. My achievements are listed on my resume consisting of significant savings as well as quality improvements. I have always been in love with design doing FIRST FTC robotics in high school and now Mars Rover Design Team in college. At the same time, I've always kept a job throughout school and always keep a consistent passion for creating and getting things done. All of my gained knowledge and effort I've put into my career motivates me to work hard to obtain my goal of becoming an engineer.

  This was a wonderful 8 month experience where I learned a plethora of skills from TIG welding, Inventor CAD, Excel, Lean Manufacturing, Design, and much more. Thanks to all the engineers and operators who helped me learn and grow.
