As long-term chief of staff to Australian Greens Leader Bob Brown helped the Greens grow into a influential national force. Major roles in media, policy, strategy and management over several years. Managed relations with a wide variety of stakeholders across business, unions and the non-government sector. Helped negotiate the Clean Energy Package between the Greens and the Gillard Labor Government. Worked as a political adviser in various roles before taking on the role of Chief of Staff following the 2007 election. Spent some time working for Ian Cohen MLC in the NSW parliament as well as serving as Chief of Staff to Senator Christine Milne following Senator Brown’s retirement from the federal parliament.
