• Responsibilities:Project management of major capital and external projects ranging $2M – $30M with involvement of in excess of 200 people and up to 20 direct project reports. Preparing project proposals and project.
• Implemented new standard project documentation that enabled clearer and transparent implementation of project strategies. This resulted in the project remaining on budget without variation despite significant risks.
• Re-developed project safety Systems that resulted in greater accountability and understanding of WHS requirements.
• Successful delivery of extremely high risk $15M critical substation with zero consequences realised.
• Development and implementation of helicopter lifting contract for 15kM power line. First of its kind within Ausgrid and one of the largest in Australia and was successfully executed 30% under budget.
• Management of $85M green and brownfield project portfolio that on average delivers projects 10% under budget.

Muswellbrook

• Responsibilities:Management of major customer connections including mines generators and registered parties on the National Electricity Market. Design and other project services of all levels of electricity.
• Successful connection of Gas powered power station to the network including registration with the National Electricity Market.
• Design and coordination of major electricity works required for a major rail upgrade between Singleton and Branxton in the Hunter Valley that was delivered ahead of time and budget.
• Coordination and policy development of sub transmission connection requirements that clarified and simplified the requirements.
• Coordination of Hunter wide low voltage planning and augmentation that proactively reduced electricity supply risks.

Warners Bay

• Responsibilities:Management, design and installation of conveyor systems to shutdown and isolate the conveyors. Included both underground conveyors and overland.Management, design and installation of underground mine.
• Successful shutdown and communication system implemented on 21km single flight conveyor.
• Delivery of a complete communications package for oil and gas refinery including installation, commissioning and training.
• Standardisation of conveyor isolation and shutdown code.

Cardiff

Design and development of electronic telemetry and PLC products used in most industrial industries. Included testing products to Australian and International Standards and providing product support.Facilitating the production of company products through in-house and contract facilities. Included supervising test technicians and development of test.
