-Collaborate closely with the President and State Operations Manager leads to identify room for operational improvements.-Lead, direct, mentor and manage all departments responsible for the overall direction and performance of the teams.-Recruit, train, and motivating employees; working with department leads on planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.Effectively build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.-Proactively reviewing processes to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness. This will require quantitative analysis to support any recommendations.-Collaborate with the President and other functions to build-out automation where possible and address recurring issues.-Solve complex customer issues and support issues from beginning to end, working with internal teams as appropriate to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely fashion to prevent negative client experience.-Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trend-Responsible for all operations managers and supervise, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees-Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints-Work closely with President and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.-Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.-Clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly goals to internal team members.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Currently have oversight on the day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This also includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Provide a wide array of skills to the health services utilization field encompassing: command, administrative, logistics and education functions supporting the provision of healthcare.Plan, program and provide operations related to the following activities: medical facility command, medical facility administration, medical material and services management, medical resource management, patient affairs management, war and emergency planning, aeromedical evacuation, medical recruiting, medical facility repair, codification and construction, biometrics, health systems design, data systems design, medical research administration, health services training and education.

Provides, supervises, and manages patient care of beneficiaries to include flying and special operational duty personnel. As part of the nursing team, utilizes the nursing process to provide care for the beneficiaries. Acts as Primary Care Management (PCM) team leader and/or member. Monitors and records physiological measurements. Orients new patients to the hospital environment. Admits, discharges, and transfers patients as directed. Observes, reports, and records observations in patient progress notes and team conference. Performs portions of medical treatment, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology; nursing theory, techniques and procedures; team nursing; patient needs; emergency medical treatment to include cardiopulmonary resuscitation, aseptic technique, medical ethics, and legal aspects; prescribed drugs and their administration; operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment, military hygiene and sanitation; risk management, contingency operations, disaster preparedness, and chemical warfare; and transportation of sick and wounded.
