I lead Whales Alive's outreach and education programs, developing relationships with community and youth based groups, and promoting the organisation's conservation objectives at the grassroots level - inspiring students, teachers and the broader community to celebrate and protect our marine environment.I engage schools, classes and community groups in Australia and in Whales Alive's Pacific partner countries, in various educational programs (classroom presentations, outdoor activities, etc.) to foster a passion for the marine world and protection and celebration of cetaceans.Alongside this outreach work, I coordinate various organisational activities, from fundraising to events management and provide scientific and research assistance on whale research activities across the Pacific Islands region.
