The sole Plant Controller for Brose.-Annually, lead the creation a future 5-year budget plan for over 100 million USD sales per year. Budget plan focuses on direct material, inbound and outbound logistics, direct production costs and fixed overhead structure. Usage of SAP to input all values by profit/ cost center allocations. Collaborate with HR and Plant Manager on headcount planning, and compensation to align with financial targets.- Population and analysis of productivity KPI’s for the plant on a weekly basis, assisting Production Manger in driving improvements on plant floor to hit targets based on data.-Drive Month end reconciliation and closing procedures, with a focus on plan vs actual deviations. Collaborating with Plant Manager, prepare and present results of the monthly operations review to Corporate Chief Officers. -Cross functional collaboration preparing quarterly forecast analysis to reflect deviation to yearly planning figures and actual year to date figures.-Maintain plant costing analysis for planned material and materials with stock, reconciling to verify all materials meet the planned costing structure.-Assisted customer team with quoting for new projects by analyzing variable and fixed cost rates for profitable project targets.- Continuous process improvement of tools and dashboard by implementing automation, minimizing exports and manual adjustments.-Global comparison of internal plants for benchmarking fixed cost and providing guidelines for improvements-Assisting in inventory counts and valuation in the London plant, with data input, physical counting and auditing.

Used SAP to input all values based off of 2019 planning.• Designed an Excel tool to create a more accurate month-end material cost and production value program used by the London production plant.
