• Collaborated with controlling team to create a future 5-year budget plan, with a primary focus on material cost analysis, sales variances from 2018 -2019 and profit/ cost center allocations. Used SAP to input all.
• Designed an Excel tool to create a more accurate month-end material cost and production value program used by the London production plant. This program reduced manual effort and increased the accuracy of the reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills with running daily scrap, blocked stock and sales reports through Excel and SAP.
• Generated monthly target actual report meetings for all departments, with duties of data population and comments.
• Coordinated monthly customer demand forecast reports, results submitted to Brose North America Headquarters. Analysed projected sales and gained forecasting experience.
• Overhauled Integrated Long-term Planning program from 2018 to 2019 format for Brose production facility in New Boston, Michigan. Developed networking and virtual conference skills through collaboration with New Boston.
