The project remained on time and on budget over the 6 months timeline. • I wrote the A/V requirements packages for classrooms, conference rooms, and dorms which resulted in a contract valued at 675K that I maintained oversite on during the period of performance.• Organized and coordinated 18 separate local, inter-agency, and multi-service training events for over 400 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors with secure communications. • Guided a team of 24 personnel through an accelerated Satellite Communication program that enabled timely incorporation of 8 micro satellite systems. -
