Projects ranged in value from 60k to 1.5 million. • I lead the effort to modernize and streamline the organizations centralized training program on new equipment resulting in better quality training and an 30% throughput increase.• I served as a key member on a team that devised the transition plan from onsite to remote working during the initial COVID outbreak for the entire organization. I leveraged key collaboration technologies from CISCO, Microsoft, and similar vendors while ensuring compliance and security during the transition.• Supervised the core staff of 450 personnel on the effective operation and utilization of communication infrastructure during dispersed operations for the key biannual training exercise. • Managed the development program and served as a senior mentor for senior members of the organizations IT workforce.

Responsibilities included securing a dual classification network with users that varied from 10-200, depending on training. Routinely updated the OS of network routers and switches and reviewed scans of end user devices for vulnerabilities. Major accomplishments in this role include:• Managed the network infrastructure installation project for the entire facility following the governments acceptance from the construction company in 2014. The project remained on time and on budget over the 6 months timeline. • I wrote the A/V requirements packages for classrooms, conference rooms, and dorms which resulted in a contract valued at 675K that I maintained oversite on during the period of performance.• Organized and coordinated 18 separate local, inter-agency, and multi-service training events for over 400 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors with secure communications. • Guided a team of 24 personnel through an accelerated Satellite Communication program that enabled timely incorporation of 8 micro satellite systems.
