- Comply with HS&E policies and procedures.- Assist in assembling cargo vessels.- Load and unload cargo from helicopters and supply vessels.- Relieve Floorhands as and when required.- Responsible for safely rigging and lifting deck loads.- Responsible for the general maintenance across the drilling areas of the offshore installation. - Make up part of emergency crews performing duties as required by the station bill or as otherwise directed.

- Competently responsible for the installation of the GS Hydro flange and retaining ring system to offshore installations.- Provided in house training for customers undertaking their own work scopes.- Respond to sales enquiries and prepare quotes.- Prepare technical information and supporting documentation to customers.

- Responsible for the completion of high pressure leak detection tests for clients offshore.- Purging of Pipework.- Completion of daily treatment reports.- Completion of daily pressure recorder charts.- Familiarisation of health and safety rules and procedures in different locations throughout the world in the oil and gas sector.

- Installation of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems.- Servicing of customer water and heating system breakdowns.- Provided an on call, out of hours breakdown cover service.- Responsible for the development and safety of the on site apprentice.

- Gained experience of all aspects of domestic plumbing and heating systems.- Became progressively familiar with safe working practices.- Developed a clear appreciation and understanding of how a small business performed effectively.- Fully involved in purchasing and control of stock.- Demonstrated theoretical principles in a practical working environment.- Progressed from support level to personally being competently responsible in all aspects of the trade.
