• I originally started at Sertec as an Assembly Operative and progressed to a Setter/Operator. We are the number one supplier to Jaguar-Land Rover, achieving their prestigious Q1 award and several other quality.
• To reach Jaguar-Land Rover standards and be in correct order before being sent out;
• To measure certain jobs with verniers, use torque tools and use jigs whilst assembling jobs; and
• To ensure my paperwork was filled in hourly, checking off jobs, parts and requirements, in accordance to the master sampleIn June 2012, I started my training to become a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) Driver, which I was later.
• Ensuring the shop floor is kept tidy.
• Supplying the Assembly team with work, empty pallets or boxes for completed work.

Coleshill

• Yearsleys was a cold food storage warehouse. I worked there on a temporary contract ontained through best connextions (agency). My main duties were:
• Unloading arctic lorries by hand, as the load was not put onto the lorries on pallets.
• Stacking the boxes correctly and safely onto pallets, interlocking the boxes for safer stacking, for the forklift truck driver to store.
• I learnt how to work as part of a team very efficiently to get the job done as quickly as possible, to meet deadlines.It was a very physically demanding job, so I am used to hard manual labour. Reason for leaving.
